The product should be protected from water, moisture, direct sunlight, heat, etc., to prolong its lifespan. For example, with oil wax.
The product may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receipt if it is not to your satisfaction. The product must be unused and undamaged; shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. *This excludes custom-made products.
As a small business owner, I sometimes use recycled packaging materials, which is cheaper and more environmentally friendly.
